Teach Resiliency

In every classroom in Canada, students are grappling with mental health issues.

And at the front of these classes are teachers, grappling with their own issues - contending with the heavy demands of their day to day responsibilities and the stress of helping students who are struggling.

Teach Resiliency is an online portal and community of practice offering teachers simple-to-use strategies and tools to assess resilience needs and provide resources to promote and enhance teacher and student mental health. Teach Resiliency is designed to:

  • Develop, enhance and support teacher competencies
  • Enhance and support mental health literacy for teachers
  • Offer effective and practical strategies to support child and youth resiliency and mental health
  • Offer effective and practical strategies to support teacher resiliency and wellness
