The Blueprint for Action encourages an innovative way of addressing youth substance use by focusing on the overall health and wellbeing of youth.

It is a fully customizable framework that guides school communities in applying evidence-based approaches to prevent substance-related harms, recognizing that the best prevention measures often have nothing to do with substance use at all. Use it to identify strategies to enhance wellbeing among youth that reflect the unique realities of your school community.
