The 2025 Conference has partnered up with Sheraton Fallsview to be the preferred hotel of the National Conference. A special conference package is available to delegates.

1. Daily Resort Fee: Room rates include complimentary Wi-Fi access, unlimited local calls, 2 WEGO tickets, E-Portrait at Hershey's Chocolate World, and more as listed in the "Daily Resort Fee". When you book by clicking on the link below, you will see that a Daily Resort Fee is included in the total, but you will NOT be charged for it.
2. Applicable Taxs and Local Fees: Room rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to 7.9% Local Fees and Taxes (LF&T). The room rate and LF&T are subject to 13% HST.

Applicable Rules

• The booking is to be made to the following city: Toronto All Airports (YTZ,YYZ) (ON)
• For North America 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International Travel 10% on standard fares & higher.
• The travel period begins Thursday, April 24, 2025 and ends Saturday, May 10, 2025.

Ground Transportation: From Toronto International Airport to Niagara Falls

We’ve arranged exclusive discounts for our event attendees with Niagara Airbus. To access these rates, simply enter the conference code when booking online.

• 20% Shuttle Discount: Toronto Pearson Airport—$83.20 + HST one-way per adult, or $157.60 + HST round-trip.
• 5% Off Private Exclusive Services: Includes Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop, Hamilton Airport, Buffalo, and Niagara Falls New York.

Please note:

• Shuttle services must be booked at least 5 days in advance, and Private Services at least 8 days in advance for the discount to apply.
• The code is valid for travel between April 17, 2025, and May 17, 2025.
