Member rates available to active paid PHE Canada Professional Members (Conference) and Research Council Members (Forum) and OASPHE Members at the time of registration. To renew your PHE Canada membership or become a new member, visit www.phecanada.ca/join.
If you need to cancel your registration, refunds, less a $50 cancellation fee, are available until March 1, 2025. No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2025.
