PHE Canada Store Policies


All physical products will be shipped via courier and will arrive in a timely manner upon receipt of your order – expect 1-4 weeks for shipments within Canada. *Exception – QDPE Award Packages are shipped in late May / early June, regardless of when the order was placed.

Items displayed on the website are normally in stock. If an item is not available, you will be notified via email. 

International orders are welcomed, but must be processed manually. Please email or call to complete your order. 

Returns and Refunds 

Items purchased on may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For physical products, the product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way in order to receive the refund. We do not cover the shipping cost for the return of the item.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days from date of processing for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return with PHE Canada after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
