The COVID-19 pandemic has altered the ‘WHERE’ and ‘HOW’ physical and health education is taught – especially with the emergence of online, at-home learning – leaving teachers (and parents/caregivers) to rethink how to engage students and provide quality learning experiences. However, the ‘WHY’ and ‘HOW’ to be healthy and active has never been more important.
The PHE Time Videos have been created by physical and health educators and are designed to support both your synchronous and asynchronous educational programming – offering skill development activities that follow current health protocols, visual aids and demonstrations, and one on one instruction from physical and health educators and Canadian Olympic athletes. See how the PHE Time Videos can support your physical and health education programming!
9 PHE Time Videos are currently available. Additional videos will be regularly released over the course of the school year. Find out more and see all the videos at www.phecanada.ca/phetimevideos.
