Puberty and Health Education Program

Always Changing is a puberty education and healthy, active living program for students in grades 5 through 8.

Always Changing offers a FREE, user-friendly downloadable Leader Guide, Student Guide, Parent/Guardian Guide, and Worksheets, offering a comprehensive, turnkey program that will expand student knowledge and understanding of the physical, emotional, and social changes related to puberty.

The program material is currently only available online.

NEW - PROGRAM ENHANCEMENTS 

• The Student Guides, Parent/Guardian Guide, Leader Guide, and Worksheets have all been updated to feature inclusive, gender-neutral language. 
• The male and female student guides have been combined into one all-inclusive Student Guide. 
• Additional content regarding Sex, Gender & Society, Cyberbullying, and, for the Grades 7-8 program, a focus on Healthy vs. Unhealthy Relationships.
