Ruth Fisher

Ruth Fisher is currently in her last year of a Bachelor of Science in human kinetics with a minor in biology at the University of Ottawa. She grew up playing soccer and hockey and continues to be involved in sports through her research on positive youth development and sport program quality. She has an interest in health promotion, particularly in relation to physical activity, and in the future hopes to have an influence in this domain through a career as a physician or a genetic counselor.
