Rob Pacas

Rob Pacas spent over twenty-five years as the Director of the Birchmount Exceptional Athlete Program (B.E.A.P), a specialized high school athletics program. Rob was responsible for training and working with over 200 student athletes each year. 

Rob taught Additional Qualification (AQ) courses at both the University of Toronto and York University for a majority of his career.  Since retirement Rob has focused on creating on-line strength and mobility workouts using a bag which includes 21 portable fitness items.  Check out www.fitnessinabag.ca for more info.
