Jennifer MacPherson

Regional Director, Spirit North

Jennifer (she/her) is Metis woman living and working in the traditional territories of the Stoney-Nakoda, the Blackfoot Nations of Siksika, Kainai, Piikani as well as the Tsuut’ina Nations, and Métis Nation of Alberta- Battle River Territory. She is the Regional Director-Western Canada and a former elementary school teacher and current student at the University of Saskatchewan completing her masters in Education. 

After leaving teaching, she joined Spirit North as it combined her passions of working with youth, the outdoors and reconnecting to land and culture. Jennifer loves working with everyone in the organization. Spirit North a group of people that love to play outside and learn from one another, the land and the communities they work with.
