Gloria Whalen
August 22, 1970 - March 13, 2023
Gloria Whalen graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 1992 and dedicated her career to teaching Phys Ed on PEI. She was an accomplished athlete, coach, community volunteer and friend to all. She resided in Avondale, PE with her husband Donnie and children John, Tara and Kate. She continued to teach PE and coach, while undergoing cancer treatment, for over ten years. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, students and colleagues.
