Community Program Leader, Spirit North

Taz (he/him) is a Community Program Leader for Spirit North based out of Amiskwaciwâskahikan. Providing programs across treaties 6 and 8 the traditional land of the Cree, Dene, and the homeland for many Métis nations. As a former teacher, he has combined his experience as an educator with his passion for sport, land based learning, and community building. He has started practicing Nêhiyawêwin taught to him by students and elders to bring to schools he visits.
