2026 Healthy Schools Summit

The Summit is intentionally designed as an intimate gathering of participants, creating a space where meaningful dialogue, connection, and collaboration can truly flourish. With an exceptional lineup of speakers and sessions that reflect some of the most innovative thinking and practice in healthy schools across Canada, special presentations by UNESCO to share their work related to the nexus of happiness and learning, and a dedicated Indigenous Education stream, the Summit promises inspiration and ideas participants can bring back to the school communities.
To ensure the impact of the Summit extends well beyond the event itself, participants are invited to capture the key insights, ideas, and “words of wisdom” the hear using Mentimeter. This will allow us to collectively gather the most important messages emerging from every session in real time. In other words, by being in the room, participants won’t just be attending a Summit—they will be helping to shape the ideas and actions that move healthy schools forward in Canada.
Hosted by PHE Canada, the Healthy Schools Summit 2026 in Vancouver is the very same week as the PHE National Conference and the Research Forum.
