These emotional well-being education activities will help students better understand the concept of emotional well-being and learn strategies and skills that will help them manage emotions and overcome challenges.

  • Think - Students will develop cognitive skills and strategies that facilitate self-management, decision-making, and relationship skills.
  • Feel - Students will develop affective skills and strategies that facilitate healthy and safe relationships with themselves, with others, and with their environment.
  • Act - Students will practice behaviour skills and strategies that facilitate responsible decision-making, self-awareness, and social-awareness.

The activities have been divided into three categories: at school to reflect the most recent health and safety protocols, at home to support learners in a virtual setting, and those that can be used or modified for both learning contexts. All activities are downloadable for free as print-friendly activity cards.
