Together to live

Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health

Together to Live is an evergreen online toolkit for addressing youth suicide in your community.

Together to Live helps communities:

  1. Implement and evaluate youth suicide prevention, life promotion, risk management and postvention strategies using evidence-informed approaches.
  2. Mobilize their members and stakeholders around the collective issue of youth suicide.
  3. Learn from each other’s experiences to build capacity to address youth suicide across the province.

The Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health (the Centre) created this website as a tool for service providers working with children and youth to help them bring their community together to prevent youth suicide. There’s no “one size fits all” approach for addressing youth suicide. However, there are many ways in which communities can relate to one another and learn from each other. This toolkit can serve as common ground for all communities in Ontario
