Strong Minds Strong Kids

Strong Minds make for Strong Kids (created by Psychology Canada) provides resources for parents, caregivers, and educators working with children and teens. The program provides evidence-informed tools and resources for students in preschool up to grade 12, to help them cope with and develop effective ways of dealing with stress. Documents available (in PDF’s) include tips and strategies for dealing with stress, a brochure surrounding how to help kids handle stress, factsheets/tipsheets, stress lessons to integrate into your classroom, and parent guides to stress.
