Kids Have Stress Too! Tools and Activities for Classrooms

Kids Have Stress Too! (Psychology Foundation of Canada) provides educators with strategies to help create an emotionally-healthy environment in their classroom by promoting self-regulation and effective stress-management skills and strategies for students in grades 1-3 and grades 4-6.


The grades 1-3 program provides 16 activities, while the grades 4-6 includes 7 activities. Each include:
