Information for parents and caregivers

Just as you would never hesitate to seek help if your child broke his leg, you should feel the same about getting a mental health professional to help your suicidal child or youth. As adults, there are some changes in behaviour we can watch out for that may signal that a youth may be feeling depressed or suicidal.
