Anxiety Problems in the Classroom
It explores how educators and teachers can create supportive classroom environments by welcoming, including and partnering with students, by understanding and getting to know students, as well as promoting skills and characteristics of students.
This resource also outlines different ways in which teachers can provide support to students, including promoting mental health, recognizing the signs of anxiety concerns at different school ages, and how to support students in the classroom based on what you observe or see. Some strategies are good for all students and some strategies are tailored more towards helping students who appear to be struggling with some sort of anxiety concern.
