Mental health stigma: Challenging it together
A discussion booklet for the classroom
The Student Voice booklets are a resource to support discussions about complex societal issues using the voice of students.
This resource booklet was developed to support teachers to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental illness, and, in turn, decrease the barriers that can prevent youth and family members from seeking help.
This booklet is meant to be used with students in grades 5-12. It is available in English and French from the Canadian Teacher’s Federation website for $3.50.
