Addiction 101

Raj Metha at TEDxUofM

Having combated addiction first hand, Raj discusses the impact that addiction has on individuals, families, communities and countries. He challenges us to rethink addiction and reform our government's policies. Raj Mehta is a Master’s level therapist, interventionist, author, life-coach, and talk show host.

After overcoming addiction and graduating from University of Michigan, he has dedicated his life to helping people reach their full potential. He utilizes methods and techniques that he has developed to get results where others fail. “I consider myself licensed by the State of Michigan to Kill Addiction on Site. I smash addiction--and help families recover.”

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
