Difficult conversations tip sheet

As an educator a large portion of your work is made up of having challenging conversations. The key to any difficult conversation is understanding the profound impact of relationships. Professionals from the School-Community Intervention Partnership (SCIP) have suggested the top 10 Do’s and Don’ts of having difficult conversations.

SCIP is an integrated community partnership program committed to an effective early response to the mental health needs of elementary school children in London and Middlesex.
