Getting physically active with your child can enhance your relationship and support them with developing healthy habits. Try some of these ideas to get physically active at home or in your community with your child! 

•    Plant a vegetable garden and eat the produce that grows.
•    Walk or bike to school together.
•    Go on a family hike or walk in local green space. 
•    Hold a “Sports of All Sorts” night and try a new sport with family or friends once a week.
•    Have relay races to deliver laundry to the correct locations in the house.
•    Participate in a Park-a-thon and see how many parks you can visit in one day.
