1. What will I receive when I sign up for At My Best?
When you register for the At My Best program, you will receive a free copy of the storybook (k-3 program only) and a set of printed activity cards (k-3 and 4-6 program). These will arrive by mail. In addition, you will have access to the following materials to help you deliver the program:
• Learning experiences
• Activity sheets
• Curriculum links charts
• Music and videos
• Storybook: On My Way! A Journey of a Star Named Rae (K-3)
• Action for Action Toolkit (4-6)
2. How does At My Best adopt a wholistic approach?
Throughout the program, the following healthy living themes are included:
Physical Activity
At My Best supports awareness and increased opportunities for students to be more physically active at school at home.
Healthy Eating
At My Best teaches students, through a range of fun and interactive activities, about healthy eating choices and habits.
Emotional Well-Being
At My Best helps students feel good about themselves, be supportive of others, and develop skills to maintain their emotional well-being.
