LEARNING EXPERIENCES
Kindergarten-Grade 3
The At My Best kindergarten to grade 3 program focuses on three themes of healthy living—emotional well-being, physical activity, and healthy eating with an additional focus on three core values—ability, belonging, and caring (ABCs).
Grades 4-6
The At My Best grade 4-6 program focuses on three themes of healthy living—physical activity, healthy eating, and emotional well-being. It also uses utilizes an I-We-Us framework exploring what I can do to support my own health, what We can do to support the health of self and others, and how the health of our communities can be supported by Us.
