- Initiative must be being implemented in a Canadian school or school board

Submissions must demonstrate :

Clearly defined need or problem

Currently relevant

A feasible plan of action and activities

Clear outcomes and measurement

Sustainability

Inclusive practices

Scope of impact

Submissions must be submitted by a school or school board employee but can include school/school board initiatives that are student designed and/or led.

A school or school board applicant may complete more than one submission, but only one submission may be selected per applicant.

No commercial products can be promoted as the only intervention (e.g. submissions can utilize a commercial program or product to support their initiative but other non-commercial activities need to occur in order for the submission to be considered)

Entries are not about diagnosis and treatment, rather they are initiatives that promote mental health resiliency.

Submissions must be for CURRENT, ACTIVE programs/initiatives. Submissions SHOULD NOT be applications for new programs or ideas.
