Each year, PHE Canada visits a number of deserving schools to host an At My Best Signature Play Day, a day of fun and games, in celebration of healthy living habits learned through the school’s participation in the At My Best program. Signature Play Days include unique games and physical activities, a nutritious snack from Saputo, and a $2000 grant from PHE Canada and Saputo to support healthy, active initiatives at each school.

In addition to Signature Play Days, schools have the opportunity to register for a free At My Best Play Day Toolkit, with physical activity ideas, tools, and resources to help schools celebrate their achievements.
Thank you to all who registered to receive the At My Best Play Day Toolkit and implemented a Play Day at their school – over 50,000 students participated! Each Play Day registrant was entered into a draw to win a $500 Gopher Sport gift certificate. Congratulations to the four recipients:
